The EU Semiconductor Risk Monitor (EUSRM) is a platform tracking risks affecting European semiconductor interests. It is composed of a long-form analysis — the memo — and an overall view of the risk landscape — the Monthly Risk Tracker. The EUSRM is a product of the Chips Diplomacy Support Initiative (CHIPDIPLO), a project led by Institut Montaigne (Paris) with the Central European Institute of Asian Studies (CEIAS, Prague and Bratislava) and the Centre for Security, Diplomacy and Strategy (CSDS, Brussels), and co-funded by the European Union.
