The EU Semiconductor Risk Monitor (EUSRM) is a platform tracking risks affecting European Semiconductor Interests. It is a deliverable of the Chip Diplomacy Support Initiative (CHIPDIPLO), co-designed by the Institut Montaigne and the EU Institute for Security Studies, and executed by Institut Montaigne.
